Happy May 1st!

In Belarus, Labor Day is a nationwide public holiday, established by Presidential Decree No. 157 on March 26, 1998. Every year on May 1st, Belarusians take part in festive events held across the country.

This wonderful tradition marks the beginning of May and highlights the diligent and creative spirit of our people.

From March 18 to 20, leaders of the chemical industry showcased their achievements in the production and distribution of household and professional chemicals, perfumery and cosmetic products, dietary supplements, health and beauty products, as well as raw materials, ingredients, manufacturing equipment, and packaging.

The exhibition offers a unique platform for business collaboration, establishing new partnerships, and expanding professional networks.

The session reviewed the results of the city organization and primary BRSM units’ activities for 2024, and work plans for 2025 were approved.

In addition, certificates of appreciation and letters of gratitude were presented to active members of the primary units, and membership cards were handed out to newly admitted young men and women.

The plenary session was attended by Yury Sergeyevich Segenyuk, First Secretary of the Brest Regional Committee of BRSM, and Pavel Ivanovich Popko, Member of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus.

From OJSC “Barkhim”, Vitaly Krivitsky, Secretary of the company’s primary BRSM organization, participated in the event.
