Unified Information Day: Environmental Stewardship Starts with Each of Us

On August 20, JSC Barkhim held a “Unified Information Day” dedicated to the theme “Environmental Culture: Everyone’s Responsibility.”

During the meeting, employees discussed key environmental issues, including the preservation of forest resources and biodiversity, the reduction of negative environmental impacts, ensuring drinking water quality, and measures to combat invasive plant species.

Particular attention was paid to solid municipal waste management, the promotion of waste-sorting practices, and the importance of individual environmental responsibility.

Participants also addressed the issue of responsible pet ownership, discussing the need for pet registration and the provision of adequate temporary housing for animals.

The event served as a reminder that environmental culture begins with everyday habits and the personal contribution each individual makes to preserving the environment.
