Women who lead – the power of love for the Motherland and the wisdom of generations

The International Youth Forum became a platform where the words “patriotism” and “future” resonated especially powerfully. And the main driving force in this dialogue were women—leaders whose lives exemplify dedication to their work, society, and their homeland. Among the forum participants was the director of Barkhim OJSC, who took part in a discussion of current issues in societal development, the role of women in preserving traditional values, educating youth, and strengthening patriotic education. The forum brought together representatives of different generations, active youth, business leaders, and public figures. Particular attention was paid to the continuity of experience, the preservation of historical memory, and the significance of each person’s personal contribution to the country’s development.
